We offer complimentary shipping on all products. Shipping times will vary depending on shipping service used, which is based on the products ordered. With this complementary service, we aim to deliver most products within 4 business days, though some items may take up to 7 business days. For faster service, please upgrade to Canada Post Xpresspost service.
We want you to absolutely love your St. Ash products. If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, we offer simple 14-day returns and exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will refund the full amount you paid to purchase the product, including shipping charges. Since socks are an intimate item, we cannot accept returns on socks once the tag is removed.
- Contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your order number and the products you'd like to return. We will arrange a return.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and confirm that your refund will be accepted.
- If the refund is accepted, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
Shipping your return to St. Ash
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. For peace of mind and to be confident in the delivery of your return, please consider using a trackable shipping service. If you are exchanging your item, we will product a shipping label to send the product back to our warehouse.
